Update – Insights Dashboard Upgrade

We’re excited to announce an upgrade to the Insights Dashboard on Multi Me!

By listening to our users and finding out what really matters to you, we’ve continued developing new types of insights to help you get more out of Multi Me.

A new Goals tab has been added, showing a clear breakdown of Goal and Step activity — such as Goals finished, Steps created, and Steps overdue — over a selected timeframe. (These terms may be configured differently for your service, for example as Targets and Outcomes.) You can click on any data point to open a detailed pop-up with more information.

We’ve also added an Alerts column to the User Status tab. This shows the number of alerts flagged from forms for each person. Clicking on a number opens a pop-up showing the details of the alerts and the responses from alerted staff.

These updates are part of our ongoing effort to make the Insights Dashboard more meaningful and useful, based on the kinds of data our customers want to see. More improvements are on the way!
