Multi Me Wiki Updates – Launching Monday 11th May
We’re introducing a series of improvements to the Multi Me Wiki, aligned with the latest RIX Wiki Smartphone App, and designed to better support the ongoing review and updating of support plans and person-centred plans.
These updates aim to make collaboration easier for support teams while improving visibility, accountability, and day-to-day usability.
What’s new:
• Updated Scroll Layout
A refreshed scroll layout, aligned with the new RIX Wiki Smartphone App, improves readability, visibility, and overall page formatting across devices.
• Schedule Review Feature
Supporters can now schedule regular reviews for Wiki content over defined periods and assign reviewers. This makes it easier to keep support plans up to date and ensures shared responsibility across teams.
• Enhanced Read Receipts
Wiki administrators can now send read receipts for selected pages or sections, helping confirm that important information has been seen by the right people.
• Easy Page Access Management
Admins can easily review and manage access for each Wiki page, including quickly removing users where needed.
• New Wiki Activity Log
A new logging feature allows you to track Wiki updates, scheduled reviews, and read receipts over a selected time period. Data can also be exported to CSV for reporting and auditing purposes.
These updates are designed to strengthen person-centred practice by supporting regular review, improving communication, and making key information more accessible across teams.
