MULTI-ME Limited ("Multi Me") is a company registered in England and Wales, Company No. 07450055, with its registered office at 2 Bittam Wood Cottages, Woodend Lane, Nailsworth, Gloucestershire, GL6 0RH.
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of:
the Multi Me mobile application
the RIX Wiki mobile application
and any associated websites, applications, content, features and services provided by Multi-Me Ltd. and its partners
(together referred to as the "Services").
Certain Services, including RIX Wiki, are provided by Multi-Me Ltd. under licence from, or in partnership with, RIX Inclusive Research.
Multi-Me Ltd. provides Services to organisations and individuals in the United Kingdom, Ireland and other countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable Irish data protection laws where relevant.
Users who do not accept these Terms of Use are not authorised to use or continue using the Services.
MULTI-ME may amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Any revised version will become effective immediately upon publication within the Services or on our website.

1. Use of the Website and Mobile Applications
When accessing any part of the Services, users shall not:
Disrupt, interfere with, or restrict the use of the Services.
Upload, display or transmit material that is false, offensive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, unlawful, infringes intellectual property rights, violates export control laws, or otherwise breaches the rights of others.
Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, or attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls or security measures.
Reverse compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, modify or adapt any software forming part of the Services.
Introduce viruses, malware, worms, Trojan horses or any other harmful code.
Alter, misuse, corrupt or interfere with files, data or functionality contained within the Services.
Users may download, view and print material from the Services for their own lawful use, provided that all copyright notices, trade marks and proprietary notices remain intact.
Material may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, published, transmitted or exploited for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Multi-Me Ltd.
Any material identified as belonging to third parties may only be reproduced with the permission of the relevant rights holder.
2. Privacy Policy
Personal data is processed in accordance with Multi-Me Ltd.'s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable Irish data protection laws where relevant.
By using the Services, users acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Multi-Me Ltd. uses cookies and similar technologies to:

Whilst Multi-Me Ltd. undertakes reasonable due diligence when selecting providers, it is not responsible for the content of third-party websites accessed through links provided within the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, content, branding, documentation, databases, graphics and functionality, are owned by or licensed to Multi-Me Ltd. and/or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms grants users ownership of, or rights in, any intellectual property except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
6. Exclusions and Limitations of Liability
Multi-Me Ltd. endeavours to ensure that the Services are accurate, secure and available. However, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multi-Me Ltd. excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from:
Use of, or inability to use, the Services;
Reliance on information contained within the Services;
Service interruptions, delays or outages;
Access to or reliance upon third-party websites;
Loss of data caused by user actions, third-party actions or events beyond Multi-Me Ltd.'s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Links to third-party websites are provided for information and convenience only.
Multi-Me Ltd. does not endorse and accepts no responsibility for the content, products, services or practices of third-party websites.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights or protections available to users under applicable Irish or European Union law.
Any dispute arising from the use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
9. Termination
Multi-Me Ltd. may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Services where it reasonably believes that:
A user has breached these Terms of Use;
Continued access presents legal, security or operational risks;
Continued provision of the Services is no longer commercially viable; or
It is otherwise required to do so by law.
Upon termination, any licence granted to use the Services shall automatically cease.
If a subscription lapses for more than twelve (12) months, Multi-Me Ltd. reserves the right to delete inactive accounts and associated data in accordance with its Data Retention and Deletion Policy.
Users may request deletion of their account through the relevant account settings, portal administration tools or by contacting privacy@multime.com. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable legal, contractual and regulatory obligations.
Nothing in this section limits Multi-Me Ltd.'s right to modify, discontinue or restrict any aspect of the Services.
10. Data Controller and Data Processor Responsibilities
In most deployments of the Multi Me platform, customer organisations act as Data Controllers and Multi-Me Ltd. acts as a Data Processor on their behalf.
Customer organisations are responsible for determining the lawful basis for processing personal data and for complying with their obligations under applicable data protection legislation.
Where Multi-Me Ltd. acts as a Data Processor, processing is governed by applicable customer instructions, relevant legislation and any applicable Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
Multi-Me Ltd. processes personal data only as authorised and required to provide the Services.
