Our Commitment

Multi-Me Ltd. is committed to promoting the safety, wellbeing, dignity and rights of all individuals who use the Multi Me and RIX Wiki platforms, including children, young people and adults who may be vulnerable or at risk.

We recognise that safeguarding is a shared responsibility. While customer organisations remain responsible for safeguarding the individuals they support, Multi-Me Ltd. is committed to providing secure, responsible and supportive digital services that help promote safe participation and communication.

How We Support Safeguarding

Multi-Me Ltd. seeks to support safeguarding by:

  • Providing secure online platforms and mobile applications.

  • Implementing appropriate access controls, permissions and moderation tools.

  • Applying robust information security and data protection practices.

  • Maintaining appropriate staff recruitment, vetting and training procedures where required.

  • Working cooperatively with customer organisations in relation to safeguarding concerns.

  • Complying with applicable safeguarding, data protection and information security legislation and guidance.

Responding to Safeguarding Concerns

If Multi-Me Ltd. becomes aware of information suggesting that an individual may be at risk of harm, we will respond appropriately and cooperate with customer safeguarding leads and relevant authorities where required by law.

Where appropriate, concerns may be escalated to the relevant organisation responsible for the individual's care, support or education.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers remain responsible for:

  • Safeguarding individuals within their services.

  • Maintaining appropriate safeguarding policies and procedures.

  • Managing user access and moderation within their own communities.

  • Responding to safeguarding concerns involving their staff, service users, pupils, students or members.
