HSE – Keyworking with Multi Me: Leanne & Emma

This HSE Ireland interview highlights the unique relationship between a key worker and the person they support, and shows how Multi Me can help enrich that relationship.

In September 2025, Sam Goncalves and Charles Levinson travelled to Sligo to meet people using Multi Me within HSE services. We produced a series of videos documenting how Multi Me is being used in practice, aligned with the HSE Person-Centred Planning National Framework and the New Directions 12 Pillars of Support.
