Multi Me to Work with the Learning Disability Transformation Programme in Wales

Multi Me and RIX Wiki will be working across Flintshire and Wrexham as part of the Learning Disability Transformation Project (LDTP) in North Wales.

The project will explore how Multi Me and RIX Wiki can provide an accessible and safe way for people to share, communicate and collaborate, supporting personalised planning across Flintshire, Wrexham and neighbouring areas.

The work will support people with learning disabilities and autism, giving individuals greater control over their own person-centred plans and the information that matters to them.

Multi Me will also provide a safe space for people to build social networks, stay connected and communicate with the people around them, helping to reduce social isolation while supporting safer online interaction.
